Refund policy

All items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes

We will replace or refund items if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item arrives defective
• The wrong item was received

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that all products are made specifically upon purchase and may not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
