All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Times

Tracking
Once an order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Crypted is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crypted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
